Collection & Delivery
Collect From Store
You can choose to collect your order from either our London or Brighton store.
Only the London option appears at checkout. If you’d like to collect from Brighton, please leave a note in the Order Notes box in your cart before completing your purchase.
Please note: Brighton collections may take slightly longer as books need to be transferred from London.
We can hold collection orders for up to 3 weeks at either location. After this time, due to limited storage space, books will be shipped to you at your cost.

Customs Charges
If you are within the EU, VAT will be applied at the time of purchase - it will be calculated during the final stage of the checkout process, before you enter your payment details. You will receive a VAT invoice in addition to your order confirmation. There should not be additional import VAT required to have your book delivered. Due to EU VAT regulations, shipments will be made in small quantities of books weighing under 2kg to avoid additional fees at customs.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK and the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Goldsboro Books has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
