When will I be charged and how often will I receive books?

Crime Collective subscriptions will be charged on the 1st of every month.

Books are delivered monthly once signed by the author.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can skip up to two months per six months (counted from your initial sign-up month). To skip a month, please email our team at: crimecollective@goldsborobooks.com 14 days before the billing date.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

You can request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that our book subscription is a six-month commitment, and cancelling early may affect your eligibility for future sign-ups. If you’ve already been billed for the month, you’ll still receive that month’s book. For early cancellations, please reach out to our team directly so we can review your request.
