A small but mighty team, with a global fan base, we are proud to be the only bookshop in the world that specialises in signed, hardback first editions (as well as rare and collectibles). Browse our Brighton bookshop shelves and you’ll find an exciting, hand-picked selection of non-fiction and fiction books,  including our LGBTQ+ shelves and a local author section. 

Goldsboro Books is also home of the legendary PREM1ER book club (the original book subscription box!)  which gives readers early access to  incredible special edition page-turners - plus exclusive author content, giveaways and discounts they can use instore and online.

On our bookshelves you’ll find an array of both nonfiction and fiction books. Our fiction specialities include: Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Crime & Thriller, Historical Fiction, Literary Fiction and much more. 

Do you have any collectibles?

Absolutely! We specialise in rare and collectible books. Visit our shop and you’re sure to find something special, from Agatha Christie to Ian Fleming and much more. We’re always adding rare books to our shelves (not all of which feature on the website) so do come visit us as you never know what literary treasures you might uncover… 

Are all your books signed?

The majority of our books are hand-signed by the author in-store or they are special editions which have been signed by the author at the printer’s warehouse or publisher offices.
