Copy is in overall okay condition, with some slight wear to Head and tails of spine. There seems to be a ring mark on the hardcover boards as well as the inside of the dust jacket. Dust jacket has some shelf wear to the head and tails of the spine, as well as a tear to the top right hand corner.
About the book
Oliver is eighteen, and wants to enjoy himself before going to university.
But this is the 1920s, and he lives in Stilbourne, a small English country town, where everyone knows what everyone else is getting up to, and where love, lust and rebellion are closely followed by revenge and embarrassment.
