    A near-fine first UK edition of Highsmith's classic novel. There is some very light bruising to the bottom of the spine, and some slight browning to the flyleaves where the dust jacket doesn't touch. There is a small brown protrusion on the inside of the front cover, which has left a slight impression and browning on the first several pages. In a near-fine unclipped dust jacket, with some slight chipping to top of spine and corners. Small brown stain to back cover, and the white of the back cover has yellowed with age.
